Your MDF ER Premier Stethoscope performs as well as any high-end stethoscope I've ever used. The MDF scope has excellent audio characteristics, even in our noisy emergency room. In fact, your scope performed superiorly compared to others in our department. Sometimes I could not even hear breath sounds or grade 1 or 2 murmurs with other scopes. It seems as though the scope actually magnifies sounds during auscultation. In an emergency situation, I make sure that I have my MDF scope.
The scope is also durable and comfortable. I have noticed NO deterioration in the audio characteristics over the past three years. Furthermore, the extension tubing has not cracked or stiffed as I have seen with other scopes. I would recommend the MDF brand without hesitation to my colleagues.

Stethoscope I have compared this stethoscope to my Littmann that I have sworn by for years and I am now using only this model, haven’t touched my Littmann since I tried this. As far as price comparison, it cost approximately the same as my Littmann, but has more functions and sound quality is much better. It works great. I can hear lung sounds so much easier than before. I can’t believe the difference! I was listening to a patient the other night who was going into respiratory distress, and I could hear lung sounds that the respiratory therapist couldn't. She didn’t believe me, so I let her try my stethoscope, she couldn’t believe the difference either! I only wish I would have had this years ago. I can’t wait to try it on my pediatric patients. I work as a traveling nurse and having a great stethoscope is vital to the care I provide and my patient’s life. Thank you for helping make the difference. Wonderful product! Would highly recommend!
