Shipping
We charge a flat-rate shipping program and here’s how it works:
It will be $8.95 for any individual item in our line, regardless of weight, shipping to anywhere in the continental US by Ground service. Each additional item in the PO will be an extra $2.99. For example a 2-item order shipping to Bangor, ME will be $11.94 ($8.95 + $2.99). We also ship using expedited services such as 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. Rates are below:
3-Day: $13.95
2-Day: $24.95
Next Day: $39.95
*The same $2.99 charge for each additional item in the shipment also applies.
Returns
Returns and refunds are only available to products that qualify inder the MDF manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty: MDF Stethosocpes with defects in material or craftsmanship in the chestpiece, binaurals and spring are replaced/repaired without charge for the lifetime of the instrument, excluding MDF model: MDF727E. MDF Stethoscope tubing with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 5 years of the original purchase. MDF Sphygmomanometers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase. MDF Hammers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase.
